| Markings |
On the course, yellow markers will be set out on the right
side of the street, in descending order, to indicate each kilometer.
Red markers will also be placed on the right side of the road, in ascending order, to indicate every 5 miles. |

Time limit is as follow : |

Run or fast walk: 6 h (that is a maximum of 8 min. per kilometer or 13
min. per mile)
Walk or slow run : 7 h (that is a maximum of 10 min. per
kilometer or 16 min. per mile) |
