Registration fees include all Canadian
taxes.
Checks are payable to Marathon des Deux
Rives SSQ. Visa or MasterCard are also accepted.
IMPORTANT : Please note that the date your check can be cashed is considered
to be the registration date.
Starting August 23, payment must be made in cash (CAN or US $)
or by credit card (VISA or MasterCard).
A $10 service charge will be assessed on all returned checks. |

IMPORTANT:
Entry fees are neither refundable nor transferable and that in case of an emergency such as, but not limited to, severe weather or threat of terrorism, the Quebec City Marathon’s team, in accordance with the city officials and the law enforcement, have the authority to cancel any of the events. If this situation happens, refunds wouldn’t be provided as funds would already have been spent for the preparation of the event. |

IMPORTANT : In the next 5 minutes following your online registration, you should receive a
Confirmation of transaction email, either from Events Online or Running Room.
If you do not receive an email, contact them right away. There is potentialy a problem
and you might NOT be registered.
The registration data is sent to us in the next 7 days.Our database is then updated
and your name should be listed. To verify, use the search engine at the bottom of this page. If you have your Confirmation of transaction email and your name is not listed, then call us.

complete it and mail it to the SSQ Quebec City
Marathon. There is only
one form for all events. CLICK HERE to download the form. |

| Last Minute Registration |
Participants can register at the Sports and Fitness Expo Show held at
Quebec City Convention Centre, at the following dates and times.
Friday, August 27th: 5 pm till 9 pm
Saturday, August 28th: 9 am till 6 pm |
It is also where participants are invited to
pick-up their packets, t-shirt, timing chip and all the information
concerning the weekend activities. |

| Changing Event |
Registered runners may
change event up until Saturday, August 28, 6 pm. A $5 fee (CDN) applies. To do
so, send your written request along with your payment.
Please note that ON RACE DAY, Sunday, August 29th, 2010, there will be
NO REGISTRATION,
NO CHANGE OF EVENT,
NOR BIB DISTRIBUTION. |

Entry fees are based on services provided rather than on kilometers covered, or on how they are covered (running or walking). The same fees apply
for all participants
because we offer the same services to each and every participant regardless of the distance covered.

Fairness for all participants |
|
| |
The majority of costs for organizing an event involves goods or services that are needed for all participants. For example, timekeeping, transportation, the public
address system, security, the tents and other equipment at the
finish line, the entry forms, the website, posters, promotion and the like.
It seems only fair to ask
each participant to pay equal share of these expenses, since they are for the good of all and for the success of the event regardless of the distance each individual covers.
Therefore, at the SSQ Quebec City
Marathon, if you run or walk the Marathon (42.2K) or the
Half-Marathon (21.1K) or the 10K Race, entry fees are the same for everyone.

Following a registration, it takes from 5 to 10 days for
the confirmation to be available in this search module.

The entry confirmation process is done in three steps:

Step 1 - Search
• Enter the required information in search module:
• The "Last name" and "Date of birth" are mandatory.
• The "Last name" must be entered as in your registration form.
• Click ont the "Search" button.
