Register to the Health 5K and then fill the fundraising form available at the Run Quebec City's Office.

Turning in the pledges

Pledges must be turned in at the Sports and Fitness Expo while picking up your bib (note that you must have a bib to participate in the Health 5K).

Come to the Health 5K booth to hand in your fundraising form with collected funds.
 
  • Charitable receipts will be sent for pledges of $20 or more
  • Checks must be made to:
             Association québécoise de la dysphasie, Capitale-Nationale
  • Pledges must be collected and turned in before August 28, 2010, 6 pm
    •  
     
    Gift certificates for you

    For each $150 raised, a $10 gift certificate from Running Room will be given.
