Register to the Health 5K and then fill the fundraising form available
at the Run Quebec City's
Office.

Turning in the pledges
|
Pledges must be turned in at the Sports
and Fitness Expo while picking up your bib (note that you must
have a bib to participate in the Health 5K).
Come to the Health 5K
booth to hand in your fundraising form with collected funds. |

Charitable receipts will be sent for pledges of $20 or more
Checks must be made to the organisation: Leucan
Pledges must be collected and turned in before August 27, 2011, 6
pm |

Gift certificates for you
|
For each $150 raised, a $10 gift
certificate from Running Room will be given. |
